I'm Ahmed Salama, a strength & conditioning coach and movement specialist. I work with athletes and everyday performers to develop speed, agility and maximal power while keeping them pain-free and durable.

My job isn't to make you tired — it's to make you better. Every block is assessed, programmed and adjusted around how your body moves, recovers and adapts. No copy-paste plans, no random workouts.
